Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I am sending a gift? 
    If you are sending a gift, simply include the recipient's address in the "ship to" field. In the notes field on the cart page, please let us know if your order is a gift. We will not include a receipt with orders that indicate they are a gift. 
  • Will you wrap my gift? 
    We provide complimentary gift packaging on gift items. Choose the "gift box icon" on the shopping cart page and gifts will be packaged in our signature Nest Egg gift box, wrapping paper or cellophane bag with ribbon. 
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Unless an items notes that it ships directly from the manufacturer (in the product description), you can pick it up at our store. Choose "pick up" on the checkout page.

  • When can I pick up my order?
    Our current pick up hours are Mon-Sat between 11-5 and Sunday 1-5. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared. If you need it sooner, please email us and we'll let you know if that is an option. When you arrive to pick up your order, please call us at 703-988-0944 to let us know you are at the store, pull up in front of our store and we'll bring your order out to you or you may come to the front counter to pick up your order.

  • What if I have a question about my order?

  • What if I'd like to purchase something I've seen in your retail store but I don't see on your website? 
    Simply email us at and we'll let you know if we have the item in stock. If we do we may be able to add it online for you or you can call us at the store to purchase over the phone. 
  • What if I'd like to create my own gift package bundle? 
    No problem, simply email us at and we'll work with you on creating the perfect bundle!

  • What if I need to return my purchase?
    Online orders in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase by sending the item back to our store address (11940 Grand Commons Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22030). Once the item is received and inspected, a credit to your original form of payment, minus initial shipping fees, will be issued. If you'd like to return an online order to our retail store, you may do so, however the credit will be processed through our website within 2-3 days of the return.
