Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I am sending a gift? 
    If you are sending a gift, simply include the recipient's address in the "ship to" field. On the "your shopping cart" page, there is a field to "add a note to your order" -- please include the gift message there that you'd like us to include with your order. We will not include a receipt with gift shipments. 
  • Will you wrap my gift? 
    We provide complimentary gift packaging on gift items. Gifts will be packaged in our signature Nest Egg gift box, wrapping paper or cellophane bag with ribbon. In the notes field on the cart page, please let us know if your order is a gift.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Unless an items notes that it ships directly from the manufacturer (in the product description), you can pick it up at our store. Choose "pick up" on the checkout page.

  • When can I pick up my order?
    Our current pick up hours are Mon-Fri between 11-4 and Saturdays by appointment. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared. If you need it sooner, please email us and we'll let you know if that is an option. When you arrive to pick up your order, please call us at 703-988-0944 to let us know you are at the store, pull up in front of our store and we'll bring your order out to you.

  • What if I have a question about my order?

  • What if I'd like to purchase something I've seen in your retail store but I don't see on your website? 
    Simply email us at orders@shopthenestegg.com and we'll let you know if we have the item in stock. If we do we may be able to add it online for you or you can call us at the store to purchase over the phone. 
  • What if I'd like to create my own gift package bundle? 
    No problem, simply email us at orders@shopthenestegg.com and we'll work with you on creating the perfect bundle!
